What this website collects

When you submit a sales or early-access request, we collect the name, email address, organization, selected plan, team size and message you provide, along with your consent and submission time. Please don’t submit sensitive evidence, passwords or confidential client information.

Why we use it

We use your request to discuss Rovian, answer your questions, coordinate early access and understand your requirements. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list or create a platform account.

Where your request goes

The website and request intake are hosted on Amazon Web Services. Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain. We do not sell the information you submit. Access to requests is restricted to authorized operators.

Retention and your choices

Website enquiry records are scheduled to expire after 90 days. If we begin a continuing business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained separately for that relationship. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry through the contact form. Put “privacy request” in your message.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Hosting services process the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect request intake. Your enquiry is not stored in your browser.
